The Hatchery – A café and bakery that makes fresh Hungarian pastries daily

A new café and incubator project from the hugely successful Butter Brothers, the Hatchery is producing its own phenomenal baked goods fresh every day. They make their own unique spins on well-known products like the Hungarian kakaós-csiga, as well as other sweet twists and buns. They’re still in their trial mode, but they already have regular exhibitions and cater for special gatherings in their spacious backroom.
