The Ion Minulescu & Claudia Milian Memorial House is the former home of Ion Minulescu and Claudia Milian, the prominent Romanian avant-garde writer and poet, respectively. Minulescu lived and died in Bucharest in 1944 and had one child with Millian. The museum includes the family’s art collection, decorations and stories about their lives during the 1930s. Aside from being an interesting place to learn about the writers’ lives, the museum also provides an accurate representation of what it was like to live as an artist in Bucharest during the 1920s and 1930s.
